1:1 Sessions generally last 1 and a half hours. For the first session please allow 2 hours.

Group sessions run for longer depending on numbers in the group(up to a maximum of six)

Cost of group sessions available on request and dependent on number of clients in group

Discretionary rates and some pro bono sessions considered on an individual basis.
